Core Principles
Treat the apartment as if it were your own.
Leave it as you found it before you go.
Cleanliness & Waste
Respect the recycling collection for waste.
A magnetic card is needed to use the external bins.
Heating
Central heating is shared with the building.
Hours: 07:00–22:00 (winter). The thermostat is pre-set for comfortable temperature.
Quiet Hours
Respect quiet hours.
Night: 23:00–07:00.
Afternoon: 13:30–16:00.
Check-in
Check-in will be in person. A deposit of €200 in cash is required and will be held until check-out day.
Check-out
Check-out by 10:00. Done in person with key return and deposit refund (provided that no damage, missing items, or house-rules violations are found).
Lost Keys
Lost keys will incur an extra charge of €150.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges.
